  • The return label provided is not working, what should I do?

    To address this issue, please provide us with your trade-in information and contact details through a support ticket. Once we have the necessary information, we will promptly contact the transportation department to arrange for a new return label. 

  • I haven't received the return label, what should I do?

    Firstly always check your spam folder to make sure you have not received it as spam. If that is not the case, please reach out to us and share the Trade-ID so we can send the label to you again.
